Patty has been great! She's not pushy at all. I'm moving from Chicago to FL and I looked at condos and decided to rent for a year. She still checks to see how my closing is going even tho I'm renting an apt for a year. I will definitely contact her to buy when I'm ready :)

Patti Evans is a wonderful, easy going person who knows Bradenton well. She showed me properties only in my specified price range. She pointed out good and bad points at each property. She never applied pressure to buy one property over another. She wanted me to be happy in a new town and in my first mobile home. Patti helped us buy our retirement condo on Anna Maria Island.
